The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were cold and felt like I just checked in right after another guest, which was not ideal. However, the service was surprisingly good, and the staff was nice and helpful. The location seemed a bit run-down, but the Superior Suite was spacious and modern. The dining experience was horrible, but at least toasted sandwiches were available.
